Academy Announces ‘Good’ Ofsted Rating
This term staff and students at The Ebbsfleet Academy are proud to announce the academy’s achievement in maintaining a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating, following a full Ofsted inspection that took place in October of this year. The outcome highlights the quality in the academy’s offering: the quality of education is good; pupils’ behaviour and attitudes are good; inspectors noted that our pupils take pride in their work and their school; relationships between staff and pupils are strong and pupils feel safe at school.
Recognised by Ofsted, the report states: ‘The school is well led and managed. The new principal leads with determination and passion. She places the education and personal development of the pupils in her care at the heart of everything she does. Leaders have well-designed plans in place to continue to improve the school’.
Ms Shergill, Principal for The Ebbsfleet Academy said: “I’m delighted that Ofsted has recognised the achievement of the students and staff at the academy. I’m exceptionally proud of our students who demonstrated how they take pride in their work and school. But most importantly, how working together we have created an ‘Ebbsfleet community’ a family, home from home, where students feels safe.”
