When you first run the software you might get a prompt to allow TEA Connect to make changes to your computer. Say Yes to this message. Once you run the installer you will see the following message.

Within 10 seconds you should see the following screen

You can untick the relevant boxes if for you do not want desktop or start menu shortcuts. Then Click the install button. Depending on your computer this may take 20 to 30 seconds.

To connect to the default server simply enter the normal username and password that you use in the school and click connect. It you want to connect to the computer you have been assigned during the lockdown click “Toggle settings and logs”

 

You will then see the screen below. You can then type the PC name in the text box at the bottom. When the program is closed it will remember the computer name and your username, but not your password.

From the main connect screen click “Toggle settings and logs”. This will expand the window. Click the "Help" button at the bottom right. A window will then popup, at the bottom of this window you will see an "uninstall" button.
